Our History
創辦人李雪,來自中國四川,與先生共同創辦李雪辣嬌文創品牌,有川菜餐廳和頂級醬料的監製與販售,已在台灣極具代表。
李雪來自一碗辣椒的感動創辦李雪辣嬌,”味道和音樂都有一種魔力”,可以帶人回到某一個時空情境。那種感動,不是言語可以形容的…..!
有感於來自東方宮廷文化的深度影響,進而以『椒房之喜、椒房之寵』為品牌精神及底蘊,創辦品牌『 嬌房之喜』,延續李雪辣嬌的感動,感受來自內心幸福尊寵的享受。

Our Favorite Recipes
Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐

Portion: 3~4 people
Ingredients: A box of Silk Tofu, Ground Pork, Scallions, Cooking Oil, Soy Sauce, Chili Bean Paste, Nei Hu Peppercorn Powder
Directions:
- Cut the Tofu
- Add 5 spoon size cooking oil into the wok with low heat
- Add ground pork and stir fried it
- Add garlic and chili bean sauce into the wok. Stir fried with ground pork
- Add tofu into the wok and add some soy sauce into it
- Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve it with Scallions and Nei Hu Peppercorn powder as a garnished
