Our History

創辦人李雪,來自中國四川,與先生共同創辦李雪辣嬌文創品牌,有川菜餐廳和頂級醬料的監製與販售,已在台灣極具代表。

李雪來自一碗辣椒的感動創辦李雪辣嬌,”味道和音樂都有一種魔力”,可以帶人回到某一個時空情境。那種感動,不是言語可以形容的…..!

有感於來自東方宮廷文化的深度影響,進而以『椒房之喜、椒房之寵』為品牌精神及底蘊,創辦品牌『 嬌房之喜』,延續李雪辣嬌的感動,感受來自內心幸福尊寵的享受。

Our Favorite Recipes

Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐

Portion: 3~4 people

Ingredients: A box of Silk Tofu, Ground Pork, Scallions, Cooking Oil, Soy Sauce, Chili Bean Paste, Nei Hu Peppercorn Powder

Directions:

  1. Cut the Tofu
  2. Add 5 spoon size cooking oil into the wok with low heat
  3. Add ground pork and stir fried it
  4. Add garlic and chili bean sauce into the wok. Stir fried with ground pork
  5. Add tofu into the wok and add some soy sauce into it
  6. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve it with Scallions and Nei Hu Peppercorn powder as a garnished
