Our History

早期醬油堪稱奢侈調味品,最早販賣醬油的方式,是由醬油小販挑著扁擔挨家挨戶叫賣,大街小巷聽見「豆油伯」的叫賣聲,便會拿著罐子去分裝購買醬油,這一幕堪為台灣早期農業社會的懷舊小時光。時至今日,來自屏東的豆油伯醬油,傳承古法,將一瓶瓶純香濃郁的醬油帶出濃濃人文風土情。

屏東竹田鄉因當地日照充裕、水質清澈,自古以來聚集數十家醬油工廠,豆油伯創辦人李安田先生自年輕時期鑽研醬油釀造心法,當代釀造的醬油口味偏於死鹹,李安田先生懷抱著生產高品質美味醬油的初心,於1972年成立「原味醬園」,堅持遵循古法工序,在屏東竹田豔陽下釀造真正屬於台灣人的天然純釀醬油。 隨著第二代接棒傳遞品牌原創精神,品牌正式更名為「豆油伯」,並以李安田先生的臉部肖像作為品牌標識,成立六堆釀興業有限公司,並陸續將時下尖端科學純釀工序導入醬油製造流程,以現代化精緻設備提高生產標準,確保每一瓶豆油伯出品醬油均符合高品質要求,負責品牌營銷的第二代長女李明芳娓娓道來:「自己的東西要能讓人想分享,這樣一來,每一口都充滿感恩」

Founded in 1972, DoYoubo was established near quality water in the sunshine township of Jhutian, Pingtung. Dedicated to high quality standard since early in his career, the founder Mr. Antian Lee founded the Company, previously known as “Garden of Original”, specializing in traditional soy sauce brewing technique.

Using Mr. Lee’s portrait as the Company trademark, his successors took the company a step further by implementing cutting edge technology in their modernized manufacturing equipment; just to ensure the consistency of their high quality. The Company’s Branding VP Ms. Mingfang Lee, oldest daughter of Mr. Lee, once said, “A product worth sharing is a product worth cherishing!”
