【使用方法】
- 1.將雞肉或肉骨川燙去除血水(洗淨)。
- 2.取七碗水煮滾後,打開黑蒜料理湯包,取出黑蒜與湯包,。(脫氧劑請勿放入湯中或食用)
- 3.放入已川燙洗淨好的雞肉或肉骨,再放入黑蒜與湯包,用中火煮滾後轉小火,小火燉至軟透即可。
