Description

【使用方法】

  1. 1.將雞肉或肉骨川燙去除血水(洗淨)。
  2. 2.取七碗水煮滾後,打開黑蒜料理湯包,取出黑蒜與湯包,。(脫氧劑請勿放入湯中或食用)
  3. 3.放入已川燙洗淨好的雞肉或肉骨,再放入黑蒜與湯包,用中火煮滾後轉小火,小火燉至軟透即可。

Ingredients: Garlic, Astragalus, Goji Berry, Cinnamon

Instruction: 1. Bring chicken, water, and 1 tablespoon salt to a boil in a large stockpot. Skim foam and Drain

2. Place chicken into the stockpot with 7 cup of water. Slowly bring to boil.

3. Place Black Garlic Cooking Bag. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 1-2 hours
