OUR RETURN POLICY AFTER TIME OF DELIVERY IS LIMITED
An item may be returned, after delivery, only if it meets the important following food safety guidelines:
Products are returnable for full credit only when they are in the original package free of markings or damage. If you have got the wrong products or any issue with your merchandise, please email us with photos and invoice number for refund or return in 3 days after package received. Once again, we do not have to issue a return or refund except when a product is defective or we deliver a wrong product.
PRODUCE & PERISHABLES
Please inspect all ready-to-eat, produce, dairy, fresh meat, seafood and poultry products thoroughly at time of delivery. Due to product integrity and food safety concerns resulting from excessive handling, temperature control fluctuations, and other chain of product control quality issues, produce, dairy, fresh meat and poultry products are not returnable except at time of delivery.
PROMOTION ITEM( SHORT SHELF LIFE ITEM) IS NOT RETURNABLE
All sales in this section are final.
NON-STOCK ORDER ITEMS
Non-stock order items have been purchased especially for you. Because they can’t be resold, they are not returnable except when damaged or of questionable quality at time of deliver. To return non-stock items after delivery, due to damage or quality, you’ll need authorisation after an inspection by a designated Gum A Tiam( Formosus,LLC) Representative.
Should a product present a defect or not meet expected quality standards Customer Service in Gum A Tiam (Formosus,LLC) should be contacted for guidance. At Gum A Tiam (Formosus,LLC), we are dedicated to providing the finest and safest products available, and the peace of mind and service you expect and depend upon.
Warehouse Pick-up Policy
Order Pickup allows you to order items on gumatiam.com. You can pick them up for free at Gumatiam (Formosus,LLC) warehouse . Order Pickup is listed on the check out page, and usually ready within 3~5 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. Please make an appointment via our booking form on the front page or check out page for scheduling an pick-up. After your appointment is completed, order ready for “Pick-up” can be picked up within 14 days instead. Orders without being picked up will be shipped out after 14 business days and it will be at buyer’s expense. Order with promotion Items ( Short Shelf Life Items) need to be picked up within 7 days after order has been placed. Order with promotion items will be shipped out after 7 days without being picked up.
In a meantime, please check all the items you have purchased before you leave the warehouse. Once you have checked all the items correctly, please sign on the our company check out form. Please note, all items will be final sale after you pick up at our warehouse.
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items you have already assembled
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Open Box Items
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- $5.99 shipping charge for orders under $35
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
